How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, operate taxi and delivery requests, show nearby drivers or couriers, process marketplace listings, provide support, improve safety, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Driver and Courier Verification

Driver and courier onboarding may require phone verification, live selfie capture, official ID, vehicle license and driving license information. This information is used for identity, eligibility and safety review.

Location Data

JANBAK apps may use location data to show pickup and destination points, find nearby drivers or couriers, update trip or delivery status and improve routing. Driver and courier apps may use foreground location while they are online.

Sharing

We may share limited information between customers, drivers, couriers and sellers when needed to complete a ride, delivery, listing, chat or support request. We may also use service providers for hosting, maps, email, database and security services.

Security

We use HTTPS, managed infrastructure and access controls to protect JANBAK services. No online service is risk free, so sensitive production access and exposed keys should be rotated and controlled before public launch.
