Use of JANBAK

JANBAK provides access to marketplace, taxi, delivery and related communication features. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using the service lawfully.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. JANBAK may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct or violations of these terms.

Drivers and Couriers

Drivers and couriers must provide accurate onboarding information and comply with applicable transportation, delivery, licensing, insurance and safety requirements.

Marketplace Listings

Users must not post illegal, misleading, unsafe or infringing listings. JANBAK may remove listings or restrict accounts when needed.

Availability

JANBAK services may change, pause or become unavailable during development, maintenance or infrastructure incidents.
